Rain Rain Stay Today

Hello all, I have not posted on my blog since 2006, so I decided to create a new one and here it is.

Today, here in Burkesville it is rainy, rainy rainy. The day started out warm but now has turned very cold, very fast. They let school out early at 1:30pm due to fear of roads freezing. We have spent a very relaxing day today. My sister Claudia had some homework for college that she was having trouble with so I helped her with that. It is so nice being a big sister. Daulton has been a little grumpy today so we have not left home. We finally got our Christmas tree up and decorated today and our new chimney was inspected and ready for the wood stove to be fired up, which I did promptly after the inspector left. I am just waiting on my wonderful hubby to get home so I can say hi and bye, He will be off again (someone that we go to church with has no heat).

I will try to keep this updated regularly so all my peeps out of town can keep up with what is going on with us.
